2. Al-Baqara (The Cow)
Surah: 2 Aya: 149
Transliteration
149. Wamin
haythu kharajta fawalli wajhaka shatra almasjidi
alharami wa-innahu lalhaqqu min rabbika
wama Allahu bighafilin AAamma
taAAmaloona
Translation
149. And from wheresoever you start forth (for prayers), turn your
face in the direction of Al-Masjid-al-Harâm (at Makkah),
that is indeed the truth from your Lord. And Allâh is not unaware
of what you do.
